No prior pest control or sales experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training that covers everything you need to succeed here. If you’re a people person, motivated, and not afraid to knock on doors, you’re exactly who we’re looking for.
How much can I realistically earn in this role?
Our Sales Reps typically earn between $45,000 - $75,000 in ONE summer, depending on performance. Motivated reps often exceed $100,000 in ONE summer. The more effort you put in, the more you earn—there’s no cap on success here. Inputs = outputs!
What does a typical day look like?
You’ll be out in the field, meeting homeowners, building relationships, and offering solutions to pest problems. It’s an active, people-focused job—not stuck behind a desk. If you love being outdoors, staying active, and engaging with people, this is the job for you.
Is this job seasonal or year-round?
This is a seasonal sales position that runs during peak pest control months typically early spring through late summer. However, unlike most seasonal roles, we will continue to pay our reps during the off-season (winter), providing income stability even in the winter months without doing any extra work.
